• Pickup: Available from our East Tamaki, Auckland warehouse
• Timing: We recommend delivery within 2–4 hours of your event starting

Important Information:

• Full payment is required before the product leaves our possession
• Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and hot vehicles — heat can cause balloons to expand and pop
• Cold air (e.g. air-conditioned spaces) may cause foil balloons to shrink temporarily — they will return to normal shape in warmer air
• For best results, display indoors in a cool, shaded area
