Condition of Hire
Hire Term 1-3 Days.   We can arrange earlier collection if the event or venue requires an early pack-down.  Please contact our team to discuss hires over 3 days.Â
Full payment is required before the Product leaves the possession of our Company together with a bond payment of $150 which will be refunded to the Hirer upon return of the Product in good condition.
Balloons
To keep your balloons looking their best and lasting as long as possible, please avoid placing them in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or in hot vehicles.
Heat and sunlight can cause balloons to expand and pop unexpectedly. For best results, display them indoors in a cool, shaded area — especially during warmer months.
