Timing & Care:
We recommend delivery within 2–4 hours of your event start time for best results. To keep your balloon looking its best and lasting as long as possible, avoid placing it in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or in hot vehicles. Heat and sunlight can cause balloons to expand and pop unexpectedly. For best results, display indoors in a cool, shaded area—especially during warmer months.

Pickup & Viewing:
Pickup is available from our warehouse in East Tamaki, Auckland. Viewings welcome by appointment.

Full payment is required before the product leaves the possession of our company.

Important Notes:

• Helium is sensitive to temperature and may expand in warmer conditions or cause foil balloons to shrink in air-conditioned spaces (they will return to normal shape in warmer air)
• All balloons are filled with hi-float to extend float time
• Display in cool, shaded areas for longevity
